I WILL NEVER PUT YOU ON A DIET OR HAVE YOU REPLACE MEALS WITH A SHAKE OR BAR.

I will educate you in order to empower you to know how to nourish your body, rather than just follow guidelines.

All diets do is create a very large wagon in which to fall off. They create stress and feelings of deprivation. Most of all, they are not sustainable in the long run.

I teach my clients how to know the difference between what truly nourishes their bodies and what causes degradation. And this is different for each client because every person's biochemistry is different. When you learn exactly how something impacts your body, it resonates within you and makes your decision of whether or not to eat it/do it much more mindful, as opposed to not being able to eat something because it's not part of the diet plan.

I also encourage my clients to try new foods by giving them ideas for foods to eat more of, rather than a list of food to avoid.

Through working with me, you will gain an education that will continue to nourish you for the rest of your life. There are no rules to forget. You can't unlearn this information!
